  • Easypaisa / JazzCash

Orders may be canceled if payment is not received (for pre-paid orders).

Getups.pk may cancel orders in cases of:

If payment has already been made, a refund will be issued.

We offer nationwide delivery across Pakistan.
Delivery time is typically 2–5 working days, depending on your city and product type.
Delays due to courier companies, weather, or public holidays are beyond our control.

6. Return & Exchange Policy

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Return & Exchange Policy, available on our website.
Items must meet the required conditions to qualify.

Incorrect, faulty, or damaged items will be replaced free of cost after verification.
