• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days
• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next working day
• Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation message with tracking details
🇵🇰 Delivery Locations
We currently ship all over Pakistan.
⏱ Estimated Delivery Time
• Major cities: 2–4 business days
• Other cities & remote areas: 3–6 business days
Delivery time may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or public holidays.
💰 Shipping Charges
• Shipping cost is calculated at checkout
• Any applicable charges will be clearly shown before you complete your order
• Free shipping offers (if active) will be displayed on the website
📍 Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) all across Pakistan.
Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.
🔍 Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive:
• A tracking number via SMS / WhatsApp / Email
• You can track your order using the courier’s tracking system
🚫 Delivery Delays & Failed Deliveries
• If the courier is unable to reach you, they will attempt delivery again
• If delivery fails due to incorrect address or customer unavailability, the order may be returned to us
• In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply
