At Getups.pk, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


🔁 Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• You may request a return within 7 days of delivery
• The item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
• Tags, labels, and accessories must be intact
• Proof of purchase (order number / invoice) is required

📌 Note:
For hygiene and safety reasons, some items (e.g. innerwear, grooming tools, clearance items) are non-returnable unless damaged or incorrect.


❌ Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Used or damaged items (not due to our error)
• Products without original packaging
• Sale / discounted items
• Items damaged after delivery


🔄 Exchange Policy

If you received a defective, damaged, or wrong product, we will happily exchange it.

✔ Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery
✔ Share clear photos/video via WhatsApp or Email
✔ We will arrange pickup or guide you through the process


💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

• We will notify you of approval/rejection
• Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
• Refunds are issued via:
– Bank Transfer / JazzCash / EasyPaisa / Store Credit

📌 Cash on Delivery Orders:
Refunds are made via bank transfer or mobile wallet (COD cash cannot be reversed).


🚚 Return Shipping

• If the return is due to our mistake (wrong/damaged item), we cover the return shipping
• If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer bears the return shipping cost


🛍 Order Cancellations

• Orders can be canceled before shipment only
• Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
